PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION::Cyrus Adriel is played by Samuel Larson. Standing 6'0'' tall, built from years of yard work and harsh training from his father is Cyrus Adriel. With hair so dark, most can't believe it's brown, and kind green eyes, with an even nicer smile. If you didn't know him, he'd seem intimidating. On his skin, are scriptures from the bible across his collar bone, across his heart. His clothes are basic, nothing designer, or costly. Dark tones on tan skin. He wears a golden cross around his neck, it glows softly against his skin, even without the light. Although most would not see it, his skin holds scars, whip lashes, and the smallest of claw marks. Such a nice boy, for such a dark past.

HISTORY:: Cyrus Adriel was born January 3rd, 1998 to Muhammad Adriel and Claire Adriel. His father was a very religious man, and left all of the cleaning and caring duties to his mother, his mother was a quiet, obeying woman who cared very much for every child she had. He was a happy child, didn't cause too much trouble. Which was something his mother was thankful seeing that she already was taking care of a seven year old Sky Adriel, and a 5 year old Isaiah Adriel. After a fast two years, Cyrus was followed by Maia Adriel and his spot light time was up. But he was young, and distracted very easily so he didn't notice the difference much. Another five years went by before his mother was pregnant again, and this time he had a set of twin brothers named Kyle and Michael. Now at this point in time, Cyrus was more then used to staying in his room, and playing with his toys in piece, while his mother and the various maids ran around to help. In fact Cyrus and his siblings pretty much always stayed home, they were home schooled since forever. That's how everything started. First it was in his sleep, the random flashes, the dreams, everything. Of course he's mother didn't notice him specifically but when his mother went to check on him one night, she figured it out.
The next day, instead of recess outside, his father started giving him books to study. If he didn't remember the lesson, his dinner would start reducing. As a small child, with an already small portion, Cyrus didn't want this to happen, so he started studying extensively. When he hit 10, his father started putting him in physical training. If he didn't matter that days lesson, there was no food, at all. Sometimes his mother was fortunate to sneak Cyrus some food when it was bedtime, but most of the time, she wasn't. As time went on, Cyrus began dreading his hair. It was a thing for him and only him, and his mother allowed it, but his father hated it. Soon enough his older sister left, his older brother left, and he was the oldest sibling in the house. Of course his father was never happy with Cyrus's training, he always said 'Why can't you be more like your brother, Isaiah? He's strong, and fierce, he is truly my son. You are nothing'. Cyrus didn't have the best relationship with his father, at all.
One day, in the middle of training, his father said he must find a familiar, as it was tradition. For once, Cyrus was excited. His father wanted him to get a big dog, a ferocious one, like he had back in the day. His mother, wanted him to get something smaller, like a cat, or a snake, something sly but fierce. But he got something different. He found his familiar while outside clearing the backyard. It was a lone bird, a bright white speck compared the gray clouds that loomed over the town. The bird swooped down, and landed gently on his shoulder. A White Raven. With excitement, Cyrus turned to see that his parents were already watching him. His mother was happy, clapping for him while his father shook his head in disappointment. But honestly, Cyrus didn't care, he found something special. Something glorious. "Adon. I'll call you Adon." And Adon, his familiar, came to be.
So years later, at 17 years old, Cyrus asked his father to send him to Collision Falls Academy. Technically he finished all his official 'High School' credits, minus what his father thought was unnecessary and childish, and he really did want to learn. He wanted to get out of the house, and live on his own. And frankly, he wanted to learn the history of the supernatural. Not the bias version his father taught. At first his father was against it, but after time, his father gave in, allowing him to go with one deal. He had to cut off his dreads, and never grow them again.
Even though he loved his dreads, Cyrus agreed and cut them off. And now he was off to Collision Falls Academy. Where he might just belong.

Loud claps of thunder echoed through the house, as the thunderstorm continued to move over the town, covering it in a shade of darkness. It was a late evening in the Adriel Household. Michael and Kyle ran through the house with play swords, thumps and wild cries following them as they went. Cyrus smiled softly, watching as they ran past his door frame and around the corner. With a sigh, Cyrus turned back to his drawer and continued to pack his belongings into his bag. Tonight was the last night before he was due to catch a bus to Collision Falls Academy. While most teenagers would be driving there way up with their families, his father thought it was better to 'let the wind take him there', he said 'It'll toughen you up. You need it'. Cyrus scoffed lowly, as he packed, even now, hours after the discussion, his father's words still left disbelief. What a guy.
Packing the last shirt in, Cyrus grabbed his bag and turned to see his sister standing in the doorway. She was holding a family photo. "You're really leaving, huh?" Cyrus put his bag to the side as he bent down to Maia's height and looked her in the eye. "Even if I'm gone, you can still contact me for advice. On anything. On homework, on questions, and even on that troublesome boy, what was his name-" Maia smiled softly. "Cody."
"Ahh, yes, Cody." Maia giggled, tears now gathering in her eyes as she pulled Cyrus into a tight hug. Cyrus stood up, spinning the girl before kissing the side of her head and letting her down with a laugh. She wiped her face before clearing her throat. "You look really weird without your dreads." Cyrus nodded in agreement, running his hands through his now short hair.
"You're telling me? Please...wanna help me pack some of my stuff?" Maia nodded as she walked past Cyrus to look in his bag. "Cyrus, I'm begging you, please don't take this shirt. It looks like a Halloween costume." Cyrus laughed, as he walked up to see what she was talking about. He was gonna miss this. Maia, the simple moments, he was gonna miss Taylor and helping her color her pictures. He was gonna miss teaching Michael and Kyle how to play board games. But most of all, he was gonna miss the normal things. The routine. Knowing how the day was gonna begin and end.
Tomorrow he was driving off to a big school, where who knows what could happen. Where things would change. Everything would change. But he knows one thing: he won't change. He can't. And that's a promise.
