Harley is a natural dirty blonde with slightly curls to it. She normally keeps her hair cut to shoulder length, and un-styled. Harley has light blue eyes, almost pale blue really. They tend to get darker when she is upset over something, but not by much. Harley was also blessed with adorable dimples when she smiles. She stands at five foot three inches, and weighs around one hundred and thirty pounds. Harley has a slender build, and pretty slim. There isn't a whole lot of muscle built up on her, but she could probably pack a mean punch. Harley tends to dress how she feels. If she feels like getting dolled up she will, but if she doesn't, she'll throw on some random clothes. She can be caught wearing jeans, and just regular shirts. Harley isn't much of a fashionista, and could care less what she wears.

GENERAL::

Harley is a girl who has an air of mystery around her. She isn't someone who offers up a lot of information about herself, and mainly keeps to herself. This doesn't mean she has no friends, or completely keeps people out. She just picks very wisely on who she allows into her life, and how much they know about her. To most people, she comes off as quiet, and reserved. To her friends, she could be the life of the party if she really wanted too. Harley has a slightly different outlook on life, and tends to be more insightful then everyone else. She is intelligent, but won't brag about it. She prefers to keep her life private unless she really trusts you. Harley is probably one of the most responsible, and dependent teenagers someone could find. She generally has no interest in partying or making a fool of herself around strangers. She is also someone who would sacrifice for the ones she loves to make sure that they get the things they need. Most people think that Harley is a stick in the mud, but she is far from it. She loves having fun, and joking around with her friends. She just isn't someone who likes associating with new people, and trying to make friends with them. Most of the friends she has now are because they introduced themselves to her, or she knew through her family. Once someone takes the time to get to know her, they'll realize she is just as fun as everyone else.

Now, don't let her quite nature fool you. Harley has been known to be mean a time or two. Most of the time, this is if she provoked. Harley isn't someone to be messed with, no matter how much she claims to be a nonviolent person. She will protect what is hers, and those she cherishes the most. Harley probably would never physically hit anyone, but she can and will make someone cry with words. Most people would never except that to come from her, but she does was it necessary. Harley is also a bit possessive, and territorial when it comes to her friends. She generally doesn't like inviting new people into her inner circle because she feels like the attention would be divided unfairly. She can also be a bit judgmental towards people she doesn't know, but she never voices her judgement to those people. She tends to bit her tongue when it comes to voicing her true feelings. Harley is an overall fierce girl, but it goes unseen most of the time.

HISTORY::

It could have been love at first sight for Hazel and Gerald Quinn, but it wasn't. Hazel and Gerald began dating while they both attended the Academy in Collision Falls. It was Hazel's last year there when she announced that she was pregnant with Gerald's child. Both parents insisted that their children marry, and keep the shifter bloodline going. A few months after their oldest daughter, Harley, was born the couple married. Gerald, when naming Harley, decided to have a sense of humor about it. He was very big into comic books, and decided that he would name his daughter after one of the most notorious villains that Batman faced. Harley Quinn. Yes, he was that parent. Hazel didn't argue with him about, and decided that it would probably be best if he named her anyways.

It wasn't, but two years later that Hazel announced that she pregnant with their second child. Everyone was excited that the two of them had actually made it work between them, but looks could be deceiving. Hazel had an on going affair with a man outside of town. It is still unsure to this day if Harley's younger siblings are Gerald's or not, but everyone just assumes they are. Life wasn't terrible at home for Harley, but it wasn't great either. When Harley was four years old, they welcomed home another child. It wasn't too long after this that Hazel disappeared. No one knows where she is to this, and as the years went on, Harley stopped caring about what happened to her. Most of the family just assumed that she disappeared with her lover from outside of town. The only person who did not forget about it was Gerald. He went on a downward spiral. He began drinking, and stayed out all hours of the night. When Harley was seven years old, her father had gotten behind the wheel of a car while highly intoxicated. He wrapped his car around a tree that night, and died on the scene.

Harley and her younger siblings then went on to live with their paternal grandmother. It was around the age of thirteen that Harley experienced her first shift. It was then that her grandmother sent her to the Academy. Harley never really made a whole lot of friends while attending because of how her shifts are, which bleed into her personality. She tends to stick to her books, and small circle of friends. She goes to visit her grandmother, and younger sister every weekend. Once Lillian, her younger sister, hit puberty, Harley had assumed that she would be joining them at the academy. One day, her grandmother called her into the room, and told Harley that she believed that Lillian was the product of the affair her mother had been having, and even had a DNA test done. It had come back negative. Marie, Harley's grandmother, stated that she would love her no matter what because that's what Gerald would have wanted. Harley agreed, and so the two kept the secret from Bruce and Lillian. Now, Harley is excited that her time at the academy is ending. She'll be able to leave, and go to college.
